As previously mentioned on osm.org/changeset/40197971 , please don’t add test data to the live OpenStreetMap Server. If you want a test server, perhaps http://api06.dev.openstreetmap.org/ would work for you?

You are still adding implausible test data such as osm.org/changeset/40295790 .

I’m sending this message as one that has to be read before you can continue editing, just in case your email is not configured properly. Please do ensure that your email is set up properly so that you receive email messages when people comment on your changeset discussions.

Please read the links from osm.wiki/Import , including those from the big warning message at the top of the screen. If you continue to ignore this you will be prevented from updating OpenStreetMap in the future.
