You add many Lithuanian names in Russia for villages [1]. It’s bad idea because Russian villages have no Lithuanian names. But, for example, the capital of Russia Moscow has Lithuanian name. In Russia there is no Lithuanian community which could use the Lithuanian names. Please, read wiki page [osm.wiki/Names].

The contributors have written to you already about it [2]. But you ignore them.
