You’re continuing to edit but have not yet given the public apology that was requested in osm.org/user_blocks/986 and previously by email from the Data Working Group. OpenStreetMap should be a place where people can operate free from abuse; using “Improving map or correcting deliberate damage by brianboru” as a changeset comment (especially when that mapper had never edited nearby) is wrong, and you need to apologise.

As requested in that block message you have used some changeset comments (for which thank you) but most of your changesets still have no comments at all.

Also as requested in osm.org/user_blocks/986 , before doing anything else, I would strongly suggest that you provide a full public apology to Brian. This email thread would seem to be an appropriate place:
