Dear user j_cook, yesterday I asked user "magellan" on behalf of the Austrian community to stop his mass editing of data in Austria and discuss with them before he continues. Shortly after, your account has been created, and continues where magellan left off. What I said to magellan applies to you as well:

I'm sure if you got on to talk-at and discussed your plans then an amicable solution could be found. Otherwise you risk that others revert all the changes you made which is undesirable.

If you are the same person who controlled the magellan account then please be advised that the account block goes away after you have read this message. There is no need to create new accounts just to keep on editing, however people might view your edits in a less positive light if they see that you ignore continued requests to explain yourself.
