I download this changeset and view in JOSM (using Maxar background), maybe those 3 group of building near **San Pedro Sula** still acceptable?

[(15.3971432, -88.0317504),(15.3965147, -87.964662),(15.3330135, -87.9848816)] those 3 group of deleted building.

Maybe those part of deletion deserve cost sometime for a review

Here is a advice that tag a tree with a single tree (e.g. osm.org/way/1046380481/history ) node, and don't need to add a "name=树" because the tag "natural=tree" itself means it is a tree.
