The train leaves every 1-4 days, but there is no single interval. I thought it would be better than no tag at all.

Aerial imagery is not good enough. For example, osm.org/way/1113501560 This way is not fully a power line. It does not cross Ladner Trunk Road, because there is a gap connected by only a guy-wire that does not carry any voltage. I've noticed with is a common error in your changesets. Minor lines less than 3-cable 25000 volts cannot be mapped without survey or street imagery.
