Creo que hay que actualizar todo el sistema de OSM tags. Demasiadas veces no encuentras el tag apropriado para lugares frecuentes en una ciudad como pueden ser fitness_center, delicatessen, bar_restaurant y muchas más. Deberían añadirlas lo antes posible.
¿Cómo debería etiquetar una escuela de música? No es un conservatorio oficial sino una escuela de música privada.
I think all the OSM tag system should be updated. There are too many missing tags for placess that are everywhere in a city like delicatessen, fitness_center, bar_restaurant and many more. They should be added ASAP.
How should I tag a school of music? It isn't a public school of music (conservatory) but a private one.

The tags in OpenStreetMap aren't fixed, you are welcome to make up and use your own in order to map a feature. It is then up to everyone who uses the data (all the programs and map designs) to decide if they will make use of the tags you use. You can help this by documenting tags you use on the wiki, and it will also help if other people use the same tags as you. So first search for the feature in the wiki, and you might find it is already being tagged in a certain way.
For the School of Music take a look at osm.wiki/Talk:Tag:amenity%3Dschool
I would suggest amenity=school with school:studies=music, entry=fee. The name might also help clarify what it is (e.g. Toy Town School of Music).

No como otras mapas construido por usuarios, no tienes que usar solamente las etiquetas que aparecen en un editor como Potlatch 2. Potlatch solamente lista las etiquetas más populares en la mapa actual. De hecho, puedes usar cualesquiera etiquetas (típicamente en inglés) que describan el lugar. Las que aparecen en Potlatch o en el wiki sólo son sugerencias.

You are _NOT_ bound to the symbols shown in the online editor Potlach2. If you select a way or a node just click "Advanced" and you can enter whatever you want.
Please take a look at

If you're using another editor just look for other sources of information.
