Am besten findest du einfach heraus, wer diese Gebäude eingetragen hat und kontaktierst diese Person direkt. Lade das betreffende Gebiet in JOSM, wähle ein Gebäude an und drücke Ctrl+H, das sollte die History des Gebäudes in einem Webbrowser öffnen.

Ich würde das Gebäude einzeichnen, aber nicht mit den adressdaten versehen. Stattdessen machst du zwei Nodes, platzierst die wo die Türen sind, und versiehst die nodes mit den adressen.

That depends on the editor you are using. If you use JOSM (which i would recommend), you'll have to select both nodes, and press "M" for merge.

Tracks provide data points that tell mappers where streets and other features are. After your first JOSM editing session, that will be clear as daylight to you :-)

Can you force the browsers to use bilinear scaling instead of the default nearest neighbour?

Yes, zooms very nicely. I think though it should snap to the zoom levels as they are rendered -- the maps don't look good if they aren't shown pixel-to-pixel.

Hej, wenn ich mich nicht taeusche kannst du in Potlatch einen Weg anwaehlen, H fuer history druecken, und es wird angezeigt, wer die Strasse zuletzt editiert hat. Das selbe funktioniert auch in JOSM, musst nur die entsprechende Palette einblenden. Dann kannst du den Herrn oder die Dame ueber die Website antexten.

let me just give you my take on your questions:

I guess I would map streets like Nagahori street as two one-wayed streets, where each of the ways lies about in the middle of its respective half of the street. If there is Yahoo Imagery for Osaka, you can use that one. Otherwise walk once on the left side and once on the right side and you'll get an idea as to where to place the streets. If you want, you can set a tag saying how many lanes a street has.

I wouldn't put the boardwalks as separate ways, nor include them in the estimation of the width of the road.

As for the "borders" of a village: draw an area around the region where there are houses and set the tag landuse=residential. do the same for landuse=industrial in areas where there are car workshops and stuff like that. More info in the wiki:
