I don't understand the notes on the running tracks (Városmajori futókör, Laktanya utcai sportpálya) in this changeset: "Please do not merge these ways into one closed one: closed ways represent areas, therefore some services might render this as an area"
I thought that an area=no tag would sort that issue - do you know any particular service that breaks if you merge into one way while applying area=no?

"If the assumption that a closed way together with other tags defines an area is misleading, area=no can be used to clarify the situation. E.g., leisure=track, sport=running, area=no is just a closed running way."

The Institutsviertel had already existed (osm.org/way/37486222). To resolve the redundancy, I recommend that you remove both the way and the node created in this changeset.
