I've been doing a lot of driving in Akureyri in the last few days and I think I can say I have now mapped all the driveable roads in town. I also ventured on some rural roads in the area. I can hardly wait now for it all to render on the mapnik map.

I got my GPS unit today, ordered of eBay. It's a Garmin etrex Legend Cx and is smaller and prettier than I imagined.

I took it out for a walk around the neighborhood and uploaded a track with some footpaths around Giljahverfi in Akureyri.

As I don't have a GPS on my own I've mainly been tracing the GPS tracks of other people around my area (Akureyri) and tagging stuff.
