154951494 | 8 months ago | Don't add it to the building. It should have just been added as a node within the building, especially since there are multiple businesses here. |
160048999 | 8 months ago | Hello. What source did you use for the road name(s)? |
78420944 | 8 months ago | bad changeset! |
160366029 | 8 months ago | Changeset reviewed as requested. Good edit. It should appear there automatically after a few days or weeks. We don't manage Facebook or Instagram directly so I can't provide a precise answer unfortunately. |
160351723 | 8 months ago | This changeset has been reverted. Deletion is not the solution. Someone else will inevitably come back and add it, having no recollection or awareness that it was removed, think it was missing and readd it, without the proper access=private. This would indicate it is public. You can read more on why deletion is not the answer here:
We can't control what Amazon does, especially their rogue Flex drivers. OSM is only responsible for mapping what is on the ground. Even if the road were removed, there will still be a confused delivery driver or lost tourist who makes the wrong turn, none of which we control, especially if they refer to aerial imagery and not the map itself. |
99919341 | 8 months ago | The name for the condo should not describe what is happening. A name is only a name and should not include "(condos under construction)" |
146087202 | 8 months ago | Don't use the name to describe what it is. A name is only a name. "Closure" is descriptive and not the actual name. |
159746105 | 8 months ago | Again, I ask, can you leave better changeset comments? What did you change? Why? What does "Apex" mean?

159747414 | 8 months ago | Hello, and welcome to OSM. We don't use abbreviations. NW should be spelt out to presumably NorthWest?

159756413 | 8 months ago | Welcome. Good edit. All the tags are correctly applied.

115308820 | 9 months ago | Just curious, do you recall what source you used for railway crossing numbers/references/IDs? |
159724141 | 9 months ago | What is "Apex" What does it mean in the context of what you did?

159155446 | 9 months ago | This would be a really good addition to OpenHistoricalMap, which is where historical features that no longer exist can be mapped and live on forever. Also a really cool place where you can tag start/end dates and watch the expansion and slowdown of rail in the US. |
159155446 | 9 months ago | We don't generally map features that no longer exist and have been replaced/built over by new features. Specifically, I can say with 100% certainty that this feature does not exist, if it ever did. There is no remnants of rail, ties, signals, etc. There also are no railways visible on aerial imagery where one could be confused about it being seen on old imagery and where we don't want it readded. You can read more here:
Abandoned features should also have some trace remaining. So segments that go across a motorway where nothing exists shouldn't be mapped either. |
158466559 | 9 months ago | Correct. Perhaps my changeset comment was a bit too generic. A couple minor/easy additions were made while cleaning up some features. Sorry - I get distracted too easily, hence the handful/occasional addition. Yes, it would have been added from aerial imagery. |
159681713 | 9 months ago | Reviewed as requested. good edit

159675133 | 9 months ago | Hello. Welcome to OSM. I took a quick look and this is a good edit. I've been going through and removing some of them as well. They are all artifacts from a 2007 import, back when we first got data. Many rurals areas have the same issue with road.
