I'm going to revert your change based on whatever customer feedback from MapBox. County GIS and E911 have this one as Route 29 Highway, you need to respect what the name set by the authority. You can treat any 2 digit highway in PA as "State Route XX" in your addressing system, that's your freedom at Mapbox but not here.
