You are skipping my question, how do you know this names are not written on the houses? You first should be discussing with the mapper before removing these names as private information. I have seen and also mapped houses especially family houses and villas in Ghana with names. These are no sensitive information, don't seat far away, assume and remove, discuss it. Kindly revert your changes and stop removing similar details.

You are using an imagery that is very old to create new without comparing other public background imagery.

These kinds of mappings are useless and helps nobody. Use a combination of imagery to see which is more recent before adding new roads. Compare this with Bing, Maxar, etc

I don't think this is a vandalism and necessarily personal information. You should be asking the mapper if these names are printed on the houses or how they could be better reused than just deleting them, in some cases yes they printed boldly.

Select the building and press Q to make it squared.

Be careful not to connect building corners to landuse/roads/waterways

What's the source of this street name ?

Don't just move features to align with Bing Imagery as there's an offset with the imagery instead and that needs to be fixed by aligning it to existing data.

This can be guided by GPS traces collected by yourself and/or other contributors.

Thanks for mapping! :) The name of the Over The Counter Medicine Seller (OTMCS) isn't OTMCS, you might want to use the full name here say Ama Ghana OTMCS or Ama Ghana Chemical Shop as on their signposts, I don't recommend abbreviations in names though.

Avoid mapping things you are not sure about.

Use a meaningful changeset comment, comments such as "#1670" is doesn't help yourself and other mappers.

Don't add random names to buildings and don't map buildings as farmland

Why are you tagging every single building within an existing hospital with amenity=hospital ?

Remember to press "Q" or RIght Click and select to Squre buildings

use name tag for adding names i.e. Jehovah Witness Kingdom Hall is not supposed to be a building value but name instead. See updated version here osm.org/way/1079099781

It would have been more useful to convert the feature to what they were describing in the building value instead of completely removing them.

You team can do better these edits aren't progressive. Looking are very recent edits such as osm.org/changeset/136203177 it's same old issues you aren't dealing with after years.

Please get your team to do what help us all, don't map if you don't know, if you want to map all roads use most recent imagery or stop making OpenStreetMap non-usable.
