If the park is clearly drawn as highlighted in the baltimore county zoning map. They would be allowed. But seeing it, gives you proof you needed. They can be viewed on the intel map.

it is...

I am not creating my own rules... Every tag i have done on the property is legit, just some are differences of opinions. Just because I enjoy a nice quality of life, Should mean I can't update it in OSM to reflect actual conditions. Which is all I am doing. I should be allowed to properly tag my area. If you guys stop looking at it as me doing just one property, and let me finish everything... You might understand the area....

Yes on rain days and 4 days after a rain day, and I can't cut my grass for 3 weeks because of the constant rain. half of dundalk is that way....

There is also more than one type of wetlands, when you google wetlands by definition. By definition of a wetlands, all of the waterfront property in Maryland is entitled to a salt marsh wetlands tag because it really is....

How do we comprise? I am adding everything that should be on the property. Am I not placing stuff how others would do it? Tagging the land for wetlands and grass, should be allowed. am I supposed to map differently? What is the real issue?

"As I've said in messages too numerous to mention, you need to ask yourself "how would other people in OSM map this". I don't think that they'd map your property as primarily a wetland."

That is an assumption based on your opinion. It isn't backed by facts. It is your opinion. My opinion on everything has been based on facts... With documentation to prove it.

The park should be considered Grass and Wetlands too...... Because it is...

If it doesn't matter what local government thinks, than what I do to my area shouldn't matter. As everything I am doing is legit and has documentation for it. Hence the wiki links to provide the classifications. It is not like I am making the shit up as I go. I have done my research.

70158004 over 6 years ago

Wait. If it doesn't matter what the local government thinks, then why is school grounds so important?

70158004 over 6 years ago

And it doesn't matter what others would do. It is what the land is actually entitled.... And what it actually is...

This argument, is the same as the school argument. I caved in that, because you guys said it was an actual school grounds. How is this any different, except, I have millions of webpages to prove it is correct. Because it is waterfront property in Maryland. All maryland waterfront property is considered wetlands.

70149679 over 6 years ago

@someone you have the picture proof of everything on the property... So why aren't you put the things...

You have the proof of what is considered to be a wetland by the chesapeake bay... So how are you arguing it isn't a wetland?

Just because you guys can't have it, doesn't mean it is wrong and I can't.

Travgw his profile even says he does things for pokemon. How am i doing anything wrong. Its my property that i am updating. Just because i spent more on my yard then most to have things to enjoy. It should be allowed to be update on OSM when they exist....

70149679 over 6 years ago

All of maryland waterfront property is considered a wetland.... not just mine. It should be fixed.... as well as if it has grass it ahould be allowed.

70149679 over 6 years ago

Google the Chesapeake bay. @someone else, you were provided with documentation and picture proof. You could map my property with everything, but choose not to do anything and instead be a pain and watch everything be in a constant reverting loop.

Yes the yard floods depending on the rain, tides, etc...wetlands all water front deals with it on a regular basis. How is it my fault, you guys aren't familiar with water front property and classifications. Zoning maps they are being using to identify the school grounds. Why are you saying they they can't do the same with private residences and private parks?

70149679 over 6 years ago

I can't help ingress has a more up to date satellite feed. Yes it can be seen there.

70149679 over 6 years ago

Go to baltimore county zoning. You can see see the property is broken down into 2 lots. Lot closest to the water has the same classification as the park. Making the ground use on the property also being park although it would be considered a private park on each residence....

70149679 over 6 years ago

wetlands use should be allowed on all waterfront property in maryland.

Grass should be allowed on residential properties where grass exists...
