70158664 | over 6 years ago | I know. But I'm allowed to edit the map correctly. Because osm allows to have websites linked with the information. Because I have actual documentation for things in real life. So I dont see why the constant debate from the same people who just used school zoning maps against me. I just provided picture of existing. And documentation of the wetlands by actual informational sites. Digitally we have a responsibility to update the map with existing conditions that are not shown. Wetlands, grass, parks, etc. All as you say is documentation proving it exists. Since I've built it so many times. One of you should redo it for this area. Because it's not wrong. It's legit. What else do you need? |
70158664 | over 6 years ago | It is the correct thing to do. Is to correct mark the wetlands and parks. :) it is all legit backup. |
70158664 | over 6 years ago | Everything is over. Just saying I know what we are dealing with more than you. Yes the chesapeake bay area up and down the costal water ways is all labeled RC-20. Which should make those areas wetlands. |
70158664 | over 6 years ago | People should be aware so they don't assume like me with the properties. 1/2 acre of build able land on the water was deceiving when in reality some of the land is RC-20... Not being able to do things because of the RC-20 sucks. It should be a wetland. It should have everything. |

I would know all to well. I spent 3 years in a court case fighting the state that it is private property for my PTSD and i should be able to build the patio to cope with my PTSD, My property was what gave me life for 2 years. I visited almost every park in the dundalk area on a daily basis. I have 2 ongoing cases in Baltimore County courts for property. Everything I have said is true about the areas. |

Clearly proof. RC-20 is defined as Wetlands and Forrest reserve areas. They are also considered park areas. Straight from the Zoning map. I have been fighting it personally for 3 years...... I think I would know all to well. I am currently in to 2 lawsuits with it. One was over the patio that is used for my PTSD. I am a veteran. legally disabled by the VA. I know my area well sir. |
70158664 | over 6 years ago | Yes, I know my area, I do play pokemon and ingress. I can confirm I am not lying about the areas. |
70158664 | over 6 years ago | Lots of areas that should be classified as wetlands... we need proof for the whole area of the chesapeake bay? It is quite obvious, I am telling the truth. Seach "the Chesapeake bay". It should be enough evidence, when i am talking about a massive area not marked correctly.... It all should be wetlands.... When you think about it. Go to a park on the water.... You will see plenty areas of wetlands all throughout the area... |
70158664 | over 6 years ago | Glen Burnie area, annapolis, etc... |
70158664 | over 6 years ago | Yes. All throughout dundalk.... Almost every park on the water... Should be eligible for a wetlands. You can check out all of them. There is wetlands everywhere around the water. Turners, fleming park, Peach Orchard Park, merritt park, chesterwood, inverness, Lynch cover is a managed forrest. All of edgemere and miller's island technically. |
