Please answer positively why you did this. As a member of the DWG, it is quite SHAMEFUL to violate the file [https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/w/images/d/d8/DisputedTerritoriesInformation.pdf]. If you fail to give sufficient explanation and prove that this area is under the control of the Bhutanese government, then I will ask another DWG members reported this change again.

countries and entities with disputed territorie), mentioned in the article: generally meaning physical control. And you can look at the village node/8138514813 , this village was established by China not long ago. So obviously, this area is physical controlled by China now. So unless this village is bombed or demolished by Bhutan or India, otherwise it is under Chinese control, isn't it? The Chinese government does not need discussion or agreement with the OSM community to establish this village, right?

However, the habit of the billions of people in China is determined by administrative factors (administrative district level). So this has caused a contradiction when Chinese mappers are mapping in China. If they follow European mapping habits, the rendered maps will violate the reading habits of Chinese readers, and vice versa, foreign mappers will feel very unaccustomed to map data in China.

Please do not change xx街道 from place=town to place=suburb. Although literally suburb is more meaningful, but there is a specific method for tagging for places in China. Reference Administrative divisions of China in osm.wiki/China.

What's more, if you want to change names, it's better to upload your name changes ONLY in one changeset.
