The name is "Children's playground", but it really is a park containing a playground. `leisure=playground` is supposed to be used on the playing area only.
Also keep Google out of here.

Actually the name is wrong, yet still there are other facilities outside the small area of children's playing facilities, so it's a bit odd. At least the lede in osm.wiki/Tag:leisure=playground does seem to recommend against this, even if this is named a "Children's Playground".
