There's no raised separation here for separate lines to be drawn. `change:lanes=` and `type=connectivity` has already been added.

This is obviously wrong. The road has very visible bridge joints. It's the `tunnel=culvert` that should be corrected.

It seems to be a OSMAnd problem. They should not allow creating these if they are unable to attach it to the road. This should be reflected to them.

All roads seems already named. The numbering isn't sequential if it is along a street. Likely `addr:place=` and a `place=`

Even it's true historically, reminder again `name=` is what's commonly used by the public now. Please add historical names to OHM.
