This is not referring to the same structures. It's a large drop shaft as an intake for the Drainage Tunnel below.

1. Please don't fix for validation software. I don't see any problem here. The shape was correct. You deleted it to redraw it inaccruately.
2. You didn't add back the addresses, and the `=house`

Not to mention the `=stop_area` referencing the `=stop_position` on the road `highway=`

166687908 2 months ago

Please don't Fix For Applications. The physical position was correct. Roads have width. Stops can't be inside the roadway. You should report any bugs or limitations to the application developer itself. There's already `bridge=` + `layer=1` for the Flyover, and driving side could be used to solve most matching.

1. You used `=residential` instead of `=construction`
2. Please don't use such terms or project names, as `name=` is for proper names only. This is not what it be called after opening. Don't add bracketed descriptor labels. This is a digital map database, not a someone's printed map.

Please avoid creating `=multipolygon` for a single simple shape. It's inefficient and resource-intensive, unnecessary complication, and not entirely editing-friendly.

166504332 2 months ago

Please don't delete addresses. They should be kept.

166420385 2 months ago

Please avoid drawing short-term temporary buildings, and detailing inside `landuse=construction` if you don't know the area. The `building=` is already removed.

2,3. Another great example is on the northern terminal of TMCLK. While the main route is supposed to be with Tuen Mun (previously Western) Bypass, the street is gazetted to the Lung Fu Rd roundabout, so it can be seen as a fork. At the same time, Tuen Mun Bypass will continue as a slip road connecting with Lung Mun Rd along the median, but that's not really it's main route.

3.1. It can also be said as constructed due to HZMB, which won't be reflected here. That's geography.
3.2. Again, they merely shows you why you can't exactly use a three-way interchange's layout. Both Quarry Bay and Sai Ying Pun interchanges are mainly influced by turning radius, reducing grade-separation span and distance (considering sloped ramp length as well), limited available land, etc. On the other hand, you could also say WHC and Connaught Rd W flyover route are continous along the median (the spit is simply to connect with the flyover, and still along the median), then it's the main route?
4. You still didn't discuss why those `=primary` can't be `=motorway_link`

166263341 2 months ago

1. It doesn't only there. You can't look at one side only. HK gazettes a street across all its connections, not only one single continuous line.
2. A three-way interchange can't really be concluded as having a main route by such layout alone. There are many factors. Eg is Shun Long Rd's main route with N Lantay Hwy, despite it being intended to connect with Tung Chung mainly? The logic can't be applied when superimposed (eg to reduce grade-separation span), as in Penny's Bay Hwy side of its interchange with N Lantau Hwy.

Please don't delete directly, as they contain addresses, and still represent a store space. It makes updating and tracking more difficult. Change it to a plain "point", or "vacant".

166263341 2 months ago

1. First of all, you should check that Route 3 actually continues to San Tin Hwy, not ending at the interchange. TMCLK terminates at the three-way interchange, not favoring one direction; and it can even be argued Tsing Long Rd is the through route, as that's TMCLKL Southern Connection. I'm also talking about all the `=primary` , which can be `=motorway_link` .
3. I don't understand that argument. That seems to be consider whether it's a `*_link` , not the classification.

You are overriding `vehicle=no` with `motor_vehicle=yes` , allowing all motorized vehicles. `share_taxi=yes` already exists.

166314063 2 months ago

Why did you delete everything? Do you know what's it like?

166283125 2 months ago

As mentioned before:
1. Don't add your own adverisements to `description=`
2. Don't delete other shops directly, which has even been changed to `was:shop=` already. They still contain addresses, and represent a store space.
3. Don't add the entire label to `branch=` , which should be the location only

166263341 2 months ago

Also @Patrickov seemed to not agree with you?

166263341 2 months ago

1. It would be better to simply return to using `=motorway_link` by considering this as inside an interchange
2. Chek Lap Kok Rd is `=secondary` by considering continuity through East Coast Rd until the Scenic Rd roundabout. You now have a `=primary` changing to `=secondary` when merging with a `=tertiary` for no reason. The southbound is based on connecting with Tung Wing Rd to connect with `=primary` Airport Rd northbound, and Cheong Hong Rd (for airport terminal).

Wrong fixing for validator which included `building=` and other areas (including `=clinic` ) osm.org/changeset/152309258
