Shows the area marked with osm.org/browse/way/185078387 a facility for obtaing drinking water or is it the ground electrode of HVDC SACOI described on http://web.archive.org/web/20051115115248/www.transmission.bpa.gov/cigresc14/Compendium/SACOI.htm? It looks not like a HVDC earth electrode. e.G. Mundra Electrode

There are multiple designs of such electrodes. Not always looks a land electrode like a ring. Some are just a single rod running deepin the ground for example that of HVDC Volgograd-Donbass

According http://web.archive.org/web/20051115115248/www.transmission.bpa.gov/cigresc14/Compendium/SACOI.htm the grounding electrode system of SACOI on Corse consists of 50 electrodes placed in a distance of 5 metres in a LINE and not on a circle.
