Hallo, bereits seit 2015 befinden sich alle beschreibenden tags des Kindergartens auf dem Umring des Grundstücks. Das Gebäude bekommt dann nur ein building=school, sonst nix. Du hättest also 2016 nicht die Tags auf das Gebäude kopieren sollen.

Hallo, du hast hier (way 438492699) Kleingärten eingetragen. Bist du da sicher, was für eine Siedlung ist das? Mir scheint das eher Teil des Campingplatzes zu sein?

Thus just the recommendation when fixing something, upload, before doing regular refinements and uploading them.

Selective revert of splitting river from boundaries, in CS 46706281. All newly added residential objects preserved.

Full revert in CS 46695208, landuse restored and overlap fixed in CS 46695608.

This CS, beside adding lots of nice houses, deletes 2 landuses and a school and redraws them, nearly identical. It appears to be an attempt to unglue adjacent landuses.
So first, this in not necessary as these areas are attached to each other, second there would be the 'unglue' function in JOSM (G key), or alt-J to release a glued node from a way, so no need to delete objects.
Restored old objects and deleted new ones in CS 46693752.
