landuse=civic_admin is still just a drafted proposed feature. We should stick to the adopted consensuses .

What i did on that element was only enhance its position.

64906487 over 6 years ago

Hi ForstEK,
I was not the one who created that element with those tags, see the history of that element, it was user Matlux ;)

Anyway, when i passed aside it, it was certainly not a storage tank or whatever container, it's a ventilation exit coming from the emergency tunnel. So i guess that the tags are correct.

Oh, so the constructions will actually start sooner.

68184392 over 6 years ago

I think it would be best to keep things as in reality just so the reflection is accurate at time T.

Dan, isn't there any farming activity anymore? We are still far from 2020.

Yeah weird! I also noticed that there are duplicates of edited elements in your changesets. Is this a sign to change to JOSM? :D I swear, you will contribute faster. ;)

Corrected anyway. I thought you were going to reply directly since i wrote you some minutes after your last edit and i had changed already along a bunch of edits, so more i was waiting, the more the risk of a conflict.

Hi Dan! I was so curious to see what was going on with an MP here, but none found? I checked these ways, they are/were footways with some portions of steps. Did these change recently? I doubt since this would require enlarging the ways, thus demolishing many buildings. Anyway awaiting confirmation from you.

Sorry if you took it bad, no offense was intended.

Hi ! I'm astonished you edited some elements of this zone as most was quite accurate already, but granted some stuff needed corrections. Well i found out that your source was Geoportail.lu's topo map. Unfortunately it is not always accurate/realistic) so please do not edit without having compared with other sources.

Like this way i'm going to leave as you edited (according the node's history) osm.org/way/339344609/history . I'm sure that the trail doesn't pass over the cliffs (how come you didn't even pay attention ;) ? ) and it passes on the right side of the building when coming down the hill, as you can see on here with a wide GPS activity heatmap for proof. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1pYfHEJNxy-wdAWQ3Nzo2-yLrUHACgQuM/

Now I'm going to edit back the rest though as it's very misleading and should be corrected ASAP.

Hello, welcome!

Please read my profile info and read my short beginner's note guideline. It's important. You cannot use some tags as you may fit yourself alone. There is a general consensus adopted by OSM contributors so that the map has a minimum of logic and common ground. I'll let you guess which tags i'm talking about... When you have more time, i heavily recommend you to read OSM's beginner page in the help section. Thanks for your understanding! :)

By the way, are the fences near the Schiessentümpel and closing some ways still there?

OK top!

Why: osm.org/way/598565700/history ???

67492723 over 6 years ago

Ask metalgamer, here is the guilty node: osm.org/node/5607532207/history ;) I remember he had created loads of sidewalks, it complicated eveything visualy, in the routing and many island highways not connected to the network, so actually useless.
