An easy way to edit amenity information | I have been searching for a "tag" editor. This comes pretty close,

The govenment is making it hard for us | Sometimes, signalisation is just so good, like here:
Dutch speaking people have to go to the right, French speaking to the left. Btw, does anyone knows if there is a free database for temporarily geographical data? Like road works. I could really use this in my home town. Because I always forget where they are working, and so, I do a detour. |

The govenment is making it hard for us | I think a sign like that will confuse the lorry driver and so he will be stuck :-D Like the first comment, you could interprete the sign as "only accessible to flying saucers". I love those drawings. |

The govenment is making it hard for us | LOL, that's a great one. |

Park Street and the Centre | I find walkingpapers works better for this than a smartphone noting app. |
Till/Cashier receipts & invoices as a resource | I've done that too, but after a while, you notice you always go to the same shops. |
P symbol appearing in building instead of parking | Ok, I guess I'll just leave it that way. And about the servers: I didn't find anything more recent than 25 august:

osm faster, again | sorry, I copy pasted too fast, it's the wrong permalink, here's the right one:

osm faster, again | Although West-Flanders isn't so well mapped, OSM is more actual than google maps:

Local updates to reflect area | Sorry, but your streets will have to be removed, you mustn't use google maps as said above. Once you removed the streets, you can track them with a GPS, the GPS trace is the evidence you were there and you really mapped them yourself. |
Why are changes... | btw, note that the map is not the main goal of OSM, the map is only to show what data is present in OSM. It can be handy to check if you've done things wrong on (e.g. way not showing because a type error in the word "highway"). But the map is not the main goal. |

[NEWS] Community Updates | I think the update did it, it's now present on my iGoogle homepage. |
[NEWS] Community Updates | I can view it on google reader, I'll wait a while, maybe it appears later on on the iGoogle homepage. |
[NEWS] Community Updates | sorry, that error seems to be something with my browser, I can't open other RSS files too. But still, I don't get new community updates and other RSS feeds on my iGoogle homepage do update. I know iGoogle is always an hour too late, but the update has been there for more than an hour. |
[NEWS] Community Updates | I use the iGoogle homepage, I know this is difficult to investigate. The most recent in the RSS I see is this one: osm.wiki/Community_Updates/2010-10-04 When I want to view the rss file myself, I get a php error: _______________________________________________________________ XML-parsefout: ongedefinieerde entiteit
-----------^ ______________________________________________________________ http://feeds.feedburner.com/OSM_Community_Updates?format=xml |
[NEWS] Community Updates | Potlatch 2 is great, just tried it and it works so fast and accurate. But I get a problem with the feed: my google homepage doesn't update it and I can't access the RSS XML file manually. Is there a problem? |
