106393896 | about 4 years ago | Hi, At least you put a proper comment in your JOSM edit (and with e.g. trans ocean cables hardly avoidable to generate larger boxes). The number of JOSM edits with generic default texts are endless, not to speak of Wheelchair... Never, and I know I can detail while trying that mapping vehicle. Then there are those who do many, high change count edits and just comment 'fixes X' or 'systemization Y'. I'll slap it all in the non-appreciative of how this shows in local edit history listing views, but other thoughts have crossed my mind.

106268520 | about 4 years ago | hi, their website says "Contact us: Call 131 888". Could be a phone:tollfree case or similar. Just deleting is no good. |
106259702 | about 4 years ago | Hi Not sure why you say one thing and then include an edit in South-East Asia as well. Accidental? The phone number format is incorrect. Proper is country code, area code, local phone number i.e if this is in Germany +49 09171 81329

106262162 | about 4 years ago | Hi, 'Bearbeitungen in China'. When making changes in other countries then where they natively speak German, please apply the courtesy to either do the edit comments in the local language or in English so they have at least an indication what you did, but 'bearbeitungen in China' is so meaningless you could as well have made none or make it in Klingon.
Anticipating your future consideration. |
106041233 | about 4 years ago | The restriction was fine, and now you caused "Restriction doesn't match topology relation 11200132 analyser josm iD edit".

105938281 | about 4 years ago | Hi, Cycled 155km to go and see this sulfur water tap as an aside. I've reclassed it as a water vending machine, branded 'L'Acqua' and operated by Fara SM, 5 cents a liter for regular. Around the corner is a water fountain, same school building, good for bottle filling and for free.

106048557 | about 4 years ago | PS your change set is visible to every mapper between NW Italy and Lebanon.Unsure why that has happened. |
106048557 | about 4 years ago | hi, That's a pretty global 'training exercise you teacher was telling you to undertake (not sure why teachers think OSM is some sort of a playground... people use to software to get safely from A to B to C. Would I review this, buildings mostly have square corners and ID editor has an easy option to make hand drawn corners 'square'. Select the building line, right click and a menu appears. The 'square' makes corners 90 degrees up to a point... above about 10-15 degrees or so it's assumed to be intended. Carefully look at the foundation of the building... draw the roof outline, then move the building outline to a the base.corner and you have a reasonable 'vertical' correct placement. cheers |
106041460 | about 4 years ago | Hi, The funny here is that the no-motor vehicles sign going under the rail passage has disappeared and the park gate has opened making the no-exit tag also superfluous (the area has turned unofficial parking for e.g. park visitors. AFAIC the 'no-straight-on' can go and will do so without objections. Via Bandiera at bottom section turned bi-directional, has a mysterious no exit sign when there are multiple exit ways. So much for Bing. BTW thanks for 'fixing' more turn rules in the area... half of them can be binned to me as navigators would not steer you into no entry streets. Someone loves no-u-turns when the signs say only-straight-on. Why these rule contortions is many pay scales above me. navigation software would not try to route u turn when it's only straight on, but who knows how bad some peoples routers are. Not going to anticipate bad software when mapping, at least not consiously.:o) |
105710292 | about 4 years ago | Yup, owning is everything here Dont engage other than adding the tag whenever a building is deemed needing 'augmenting' and its not of the affita type by majority. I know blocks that have a mix... OTT tagging that. Realtors can do that. Just when its specifically named Condo XYZ i might bother with an interruption of the program.
|
105710292 | about 4 years ago | Hi Finix A tag that might have your interest: condo=yes. There used to be apartments tag building=condominium if the living units were owned. Now one tags building=apartment + condo=yes if it's the case (only went to look because a mapper named a building Condominio Pietrantonio and included the pedestrian area in the building shape. ;? have a good day. wiki: osm.wiki/Item:Q171 |
105938281 | about 4 years ago | Putting German name tags on Italian locations... I bite off heads for breakfast, 😇
|
105938281 | about 4 years ago | Looking at imagery, there's a water fountain to the east wall side of the same building. 2 drinkwater points within 30 meters? Is your water point accessible to wheelchair users?, can water bottles be filled? Is it for free? |
105938281 | about 4 years ago | Hi Is this true, a viewpoint and a guidepost with German names 'Aussicht' and 'Wegweiser' in the heart of Italy? A water fountain named 'trinkwasser' I'm sure you're kidding. The latter of naming drinkwater points, not unless it got a real name the tag has to go.

105890127 | about 4 years ago | Hi You were warned: Missing access way to parking
|
105890572 | about 4 years ago | Hi, Note that by unique exception to Italy house numbers/address are not to be mapped on buildings but on single nodes where the mailman puts the letters in the box, usually at the gate where the front door is.
|
105890127 | about 4 years ago | Hi how are cars of the residents going to get to that parking? You need to add a route to it from the public road else tomorrow an alert will pop up. ciao |
105889868 | about 4 years ago | The construction is still underway and yet you put the park on top of the construction area and the prospective McDrive building. A bit forward don't you think with zero aerial photography? |
105890709 | about 4 years ago | BTW, olive tree fields come in different arrangement and why has this been turned into uncultivated scrub, yet has the name Uliveto Cilli? |
