Well, just got back from my hols in France, and I got GPS traces of all the streets in the little village of Goulles (which is in the Limousin region), a little way south of Argentat (which is on the Dordogne).
I also noted all the street names that I could find, and so i've entered them into OSM.
OSM now has a better map of Goulles than Google. :)
