As you added those street names from the subdivision developer's map, did you obtained permission to use their maps? If not, please ask the developer or the homeowner's association. Or if you represent the subdivision's developer or homeowners association, I have no problem with the street names you added, as you have permission to access the subdivision's maps.

I know it is your first edit in OpenStreetMap, but be aware that you do not damage existing map data. And if you went straight to editing without taking the short tutorial, take that first to learn basic mapping in OpenStreetMap.

I reverted part of your changeset ,that added duplicate streets around Calicanto and Poblacion areas of Batangas City, at this changeset (osm.org/changeset/46406952), as those streets may affect routing if not removed.

I reverted deletions of two POI's (Petron and Scuola Maria) in this changeset (see osm.org/changeset/46182942), as those places exist on the ground. I did not notice the deletions earlier, until I edited parts of the areas of your Project NOAH-ISAIAH edits. Can you please clarify the reasons for your deletions?

Your changes on major roads here needs to be reverted as using the original classifications has adverse effects on routers. For Highway 9 in Iligan, these should be trunk for routing, though no primary road parallels. For Iligan - Malawi Road in Iligan, they should be marked primary so routers will not avoid them.

January 31, 2017 Update: Still no evidence of existence in reality. From the Skyway, there is still houses by informal settlers, but cannot find an announcement poster or banner. Look at it next time, under the Skyway, from SLEX.

Removal mentioned here is on relations. I removed most members of "Sucat 10OK" distribution circuit relation here as most are actually part of San Pedro 425WH, after survey. Sucat 10OK is given here, but not actually, as the real circuit reference numbers are found on the remote control antenna boxes of remote-controlled pole-mounted switches.

Thanks for the reply. I renamed "SM City East Ortigas" back to "Ever Gotesco Ortigas" resulting from uncertainty, as I have not travelled along Ortigas Avenue toward Antipolo, and paranoia regarding the Wikipedia vandal "Bertrand101", that has been present in OpenStreetMap (Malls are one topic also targetted by Bertrand101 and socks, but he primarily adds vandalism and hoaxs of radio stations).
