If you want to tag road sign references specific to the Philippines, take a look at osm.wiki/Road_signs_in_the_Philippines. I've been seeing you adding American road sign references (e.g. US:R1-2 for give way and US:R1-1 for stop) references instead of our own, though for those I mentioned, they happen to be the same (except we also have a R1-2A for a version with "Magbigay daan").

Ah, I see now. Have been thinking the case of UN being a "road diet" to accommodate bike lanes being added by Isko.

Or it's something to do with bike lane additions, occupying what used to be outer lanes before COVID-19.

Just noticed that you changed UN Avenue's lane count to 2, when it should be four.

Also read this osm.wiki/Limitations_on_mapping_private_information, especially in regards to details inside homes. You could make an indoor map of malls if you want, but it's a real challenge to map each stall (mapping POIs and corridors can be enough)

Deleted, except office. Also removed note on home. How bad, the smell of hypocrisy.

Just noticed this lately that you've mapped your personal location (though it's hidden). You take seriously edits adding personal info, but here, you've added yourself on the map. Gonna delete that (I'm currently restoring jeepney routes, and fixing those you've retagged as route=share_taxi)

Terminals?

Is Pili-Sagñay traditional or modern jeepney route? I'm going on retagging and fixing that route.

Haven't noticed this until recently, but why again name LRT-2 "LRTA Line 2"? And ref=2 instead of more commonly used LRT 2? Reverting this again, along with addition of stops for Route 8 Cubao-Montalban and 204 Parang-Cubao. Can agree with simply 2 if you can provide a good reason for that.

Just updated the wiki to add an exception for alpha-numeric barangays.

88203630 almost 5 years ago

I see, and the wiki's contain out-of-date advice. Would modify that immediately.

Forgot to mention this: POIs. Edit also fixes POI names and remapped some as polygons

88203630 almost 5 years ago

We've been generally using only the number or letter for alpha-numeric barangays, but here (and related edits), you've added the "Barangay" prefix. Didn't the existing naming convention change?

Some downgrades are fine (roads in question are inner roads, and size not typical of a primary route), except you left blobs of primary. Can clean up later.

Please provide reason why to upgrade the road to some class. Can revert, then bring this up to talk-ph.

It's all too much to tell other mappers again through notes about features that you find to be in violation of many laws (such as with Philcoa tricycle station). I've been seeing that with your needless additions of no-stopping tags on major roads or those with bike lanes. This is getting into my nerves, and I have nothing to do but to clean up a lot of your edits, from you needless tagging of implied or subjective parking restrictions to your mass renaming of various bus/jeepney stops to follow the rather clutter-y Singapore gov't scheme.

Very, very late reply, but it's a big no to me to oversimplify by completely eliminating LRT/MRT out of your faulty reasoning. Keep the present name as it is, and don't disappoint people looking for LRT/MRT.

Can't you also look up Dasma's local traffic ordinance?

(Off-topic, but can you also respond to my messages regarding naming bus/jeepney stops, because I still seeing stops based on Singapore Land Transport Authority's scheme)

Haven't checked the Bacoor LGU website yet, but is the one-way scheme (since ECQ) still in effect?
