I added turn restrictions on Valencia / Page / Franklin St, they were missing. Also added bus and taxi = yes to every segment that has changes.

Also there is few more turn restrictions not mapped yet. I can map them if it is ok.

I am not the person that could confirm your decision on motor_vehicle=no, but from Navigation perspective, it is the best solution.

It is good to add bus= and taxi=yes to the street. Can you do this?
About groundtruth: I just asked some of my SF colleagues, they are confirmed that signs are already at the location:

In process of reviewing your reverts of 76204147 and 76115879 about Kingsway Ave, I found out that there IS a blue one way sign. It is located North of the Gillard Road and Kingsway Ave, from this and to Two Mile Hill Road Kingsway Avenue is one way.

Please, check the length of one way segment if I'm right, it should be longer.

I was afraid to remove them, because I don't know their urgency.

I can't detect any signs of this paths at the satellite imagery. Do you suggest just to connect this paths to existing networks?

Just FYI, I've just noticed, that ID soes not not detect misconnections issues with highway=construction and highway=footway.

I'm not sure if I get the question correct, but these construction roads already connected to road network.

My edit was based on customer feedback and satellite imagery. It is clearly seen that this road is the only route to few houses/farmyards, so it is reasonable to assume that this road is used by regular cars. Tracks are not for everyday driving by car. So they are excluded for the normal car routing graph which is correct. Driveways to farmyards and houses are not tracks. They are not dominantly used for agricultural purposes. The amount of traffic for living outweighs by orders of magnitude. The postal services goes there, the kids go to school. Friends come and go. People drive to work. Tagging a driveway to a farm or to houses as an agricultural track makes them unreachable for most of today's car routing engines in their default settings.
