Who is adding administrative boundaries ?
ایہہ 19؍July 2008ء English وچ «ablansinger» لیکھ چھپیا گیا سی۔For some weeks ago I noticed that a road (way 13523361) suddenly had become an administrative boundary with germany on the left side. I also noticed that the change had been added by a user "anonymous".
Today I noticed that the entire eastcost line of denmark (eg. way 4120237), from the german/danish border and up to tha danish city Kolding, had benne tagged the same way as administrative boundary with germany on the left side. And again it was added by a user anonymous.
Can anybody explan what is happening ?

It looks like someone has created a user 'anonymous' ...

And this someone is then putting incorrect administrative boundaries on roads and costlines in the mittle of denmark ?
Well it can be true ! but couldnt it be some kind of automated import that is "out of control" ?

You could try sending the user a message?

It's not a user called "anonymous", it's an anonymous user. Remember, we have several thousand user accounts that are indistinguishable and we can't contact the users - it's only potlatch that enforces making your edits public.

Hmmm that would mean there is no way to know what was the intention with the changes, and in worst case we can be changing it back and forth until one resigns.
I am using the potlatch editor, and has only shortly looked at JOSM, but it
seems that even with JOSM a login is required to upload changes, or ?
How is it possible to upload ways without being properly registered ?
I thought that it was some kind of automated import of data from a license free
data set (could be that the was a free definition of the german borders), I have
read that this kind of import have been used in other cases. How can such imported data be recognised ?
