You also claim to use Bing as the source of this data, which is suspicious as you can't see any quality/smoothness of a road from the Bing images in Croatia (they are not such high resolution). And they are even outdated. Some roads you tagged aren't even on Bing yet.
So what is the true source of your data?

Hi, why are you adding these surface:grade=3 tags on roads in Croatia? There is no such approved tag in OSM and the tag was specifically abandoned. So what is the sense and meaning of it?

Hi, great job there mapping the underground tunnels in Postojna cave. How did you trace the train and the footways? Are they just guesses or did you have some more precise instrument? I am not sure what 'cave map' you used (in the source) and if that is a legal source for OSM.

Hi, why did you rename the motorway exit Jesenice-zahod to Hrusica? What is the source of this?
The exit names are not visible on the road (as seen on Mapillary) and wikipedia

Yes I'm fine with using Roman and Arabic numerals in the names as you say.

But in reality the toll tables and also the toll boths are also labeled "Zadar 1". Maybe there is also Zadar - zapad" as alternate name. Maybe we should put both names, one in "name" and the other one in "alt_name" tag so that people know it is the same booth.

Hi, why did you rename e.g. tollbooth of Zadar 1 to Zadar zapad?
The toll company still lists it as "Zadar 1" (at http://hac.hr/en/cjenik_autocesta/A1?c=Zagreb) and those names are also displayed on toll tables at the various toll booths along the motorway in reality.
Also, "Zadar zapad" isn't located west of Zadar so the name does not make much sense.

Und wo hast Du so was gesehen? In welcher Stadt in OSM? Die Objekte sind korrekt markiert, es is die Aufgabe der Karte sie korrekt darzustellen. Und die Piers waren schon zu sehen. Du darfst nie so was machen um der Karte "zu helfen". Und welcher Karte? Da sind viele Versionen von OSM Daten auf verschiedenen Webseiten, die unterschiedlich praesentiert werden. Schau mal osm.wiki/DE:Taggen_f%C3%BCr_den_Renderer an und Du wirst finden das es im OSM verboten ist.

Und nebenbei, die Schiffe sind keine Insel, da ist doch der Fluss unter ihnen, also gibt es keinen logischen Sinn sie aus der Flussrelation auszuschneiden.

Also danke fuer die Erklaerung, ich habe alle deine 3 Datensatze mit den Schiffen im Bratislava entfernt (ins vorigen Zustand gebracht).
