The purpose of mapping this way is to figure out how to deal with the GeoBase Import.
I figure that the best way to deal with having roads already there is to create an overlay of the GeoBase (or canvec) roads available. .. and use it as a layer in JOSM. .. Just hiding the layer before uploading the changes.
This way, i would be 'enhancing' the road that someone else already did, by adding a few more nodes and making the curve of the road more precise.
In this case, the road is on a hill so more nodes are needed, and it would be a matter of just making the road in the center of the 2 bollards. And adding a line from each bollard indicating thats where the trail goes.

Well ... the trails don't reach any street, is this correct? I think not, you should connect them =)
