Thanks for mapping. You addd this road (osm.org/way/1077944584) as a one-way motorway, which is a large, multilane, controlled access freeway, but it just looks like a small residential road. Also the project you are mapping just buildings, so it's best if you just map buildings. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

Hi, you mapped multiple features here in rural Haiti as railroads. They are certainly not railroads. Please make sure to pay attention to the project instructions and don't map things that don't make sense.

Thanks for the edits. For Yin & Yang massage you should also add a tag for the type of business, in this case osm.wiki/Tag:shop%3Dmassage

Is this the name of this house? A better option might be description= or loc_name if this is a local nickname. You can learn more here osm.wiki/Key:name

Hi, I believe you are mapping trees here as buildings. They look round and green like the other trees in the area

Hi, please be careful when mapping roads, you are turning a lot of them into squares instead of their normal paths

Hi, it appears you moved hundreds of streets incorrectly with this edit, please be careful when using JOSM. See here to see what was moved https://overpass-api.de/achavi/?changeset=114926037

Hi, please make sure to check if you have mapped something that already exists, there are a couple roads that already exist where you added new ones. Thanks!

When mapping please use the q on your keyboard to make the corners 90 degrees - buildings are almost always rectangular or squares, not trapezoids

Hello Carlos Franco,
I am reaching out because I noticed you are making extensive highway classification changes to major highways in Mexico. Unfortunately, they do not appear to abide by the Etiquetado de vías (osm.wiki/ES:México/Etiquetado_de_v%C3%ADas). I am curious, have you seen this wiki page before and are you referencing it for your edits? There are some specific guidelines here which dispute your edits, such as the description of the `highway=trunk` classification, as well as the first note in the first point in the “Errores comunes” section.

Also, have you considered discussing these edits on the OpenStreetMap Mexico Forum (https://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewforum.php?id=79) or the OSM-Mexico Telegram channel (https://t.me/osm_mx)? These are very significant changes to important highways in Mexico, and it seems appropriate to include the larger community before undertaking such changes.

Regards

Hola Carlos Franco,

Saludos

Hi, please don't map buildings as big blobs that cover multiple buildings.

I noticed on this changeset (https://osmcha.org/changesets/100866985/) and others such as https://osmcha.org/changesets/100864024/ and https://osmcha.org/changesets/103511884/ that the policy you are following is creating inconsistent classifications and some abrupt changes along motorway and trunk routes. A Mexico OSM wiki (osm.wiki/ES:México/Etiquetado_de_v%C3%ADas#Clasificaci.C3.B3n) discusses the use of osm.wiki/Key:motorroad for examples where trunk might be a better classification to use, plus adding the tag motorroad=yes. I think this might help make a more consistent network, especially in junctions like osm.org/node/1930164930 that do not normally occur on motorways. What do you think?
