Are you sure Heritage House Inn occupies this whole area? From imagery it looks like this area has around 3-4 different properties.

Thanks for fixing this! However, this is just one of thousands of abbreviated road names you've mapped. I've created a MapRoulette challenge that contain all of these (https://maproulette.org/browse/challenges/26014) to make these easier to spot. I encourage you to help fix all of these.

@J"W"H Sorry, I misunderstood your changeset comment - I thought you removed it soley on it being private. It's getting pretty late so I'll remove it tomorrow morning.

@indrora I see what you're saying, however I do see some value in mapping the driveway found in the first example to prevent some routing issues. Some routers may route to Natalie or Samantha as those roads are closer to the house than Cornelius Pass.

Amazon has been mapping similar driveways in the area like (osm.org/way/703803247) to help with deliveries. The driveway in the first example likely wasn't mapped yet as drivers may not have delivered to that house.

For private driveways like this one, we have access tags to indicate who's allowed to use roads, paths and other features (osm.wiki/access). When selecting roads/paths in the editor, you can select their appropriate access tags under the 'Allowed access' field. I've undeleted this and added an 'access=private' tag.

If this unit (osm.org/way/120260639) is vacant, this should be tagged as shop=vacant without a name instead of a restaurant named 'vacant' so that this won't be misunderstood as a restaurant named 'vacant'. Thanks for pointing this out. Looking back at this, you're right: the northern section doesn't look like an expressway. I've removed the expressway tags right once it turns into a single carriageway in Lynden.

'Wide shoulders' should not be mapped as a foot path. If this road allows foot traffic, please add the proper access tags by selecting the road segment and clicking on the appropriate 'Foot' access tag under the 'Allowed Access' field

Yeah, you're right it does look like discouraged access should only be used for places that are signed. Thanks for adding the shoulder tags to the appropriate sections.

I think in this case bicycle=discouraged (https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/bicycle=discouraged) would be the appropriate tag to use since bicycles aren't legally prohibited but can be dangerous without a shoulder.
