168663659 | 27 days ago | I see you changed the phone number including it's formatting. The +1 should be included in phone numbers on OSM. osm.wiki/Key:phone I know in the US we don't typically see the +1, but it's technically part of phone numbers and should be used for consistancy.

168652885 | 27 days ago | Isn't this a single building? I have seen it go up, and I'm pretty sure it's a single structure.

168029051 | about 1 month ago | Hi 66ELA, I see you requested a review for this edit. Over all it looks pretty good. I disagree on the names for a couple of the buildings. Sunny Schick shouldn't have the name on the map, since it is closed. If I remember correctly there is not even a sign still up. (I'll need to look next time I go by.) I see it still has a shop=photo tag on it I'm going to remove that tag. Shaw Law also should not have the part in the parentheses. It should just say "Shaw Law". There are a few more tags that can be added to show that it's a law office I will need to look those up in the wiki tough.

111780110 | almost 4 years ago | Sorry about that Changeset comment. JOSM was acting strange and uploaded before I could finish typing. I updated and added details to St. Felix Catholic Center. It is an Old Fransican Friary, and now it is a retreat center. |
105636851 | about 4 years ago | Hi, I see you have mapped a few features around the area here, and you only have 4 edits so you are new to OSM. I just wanted to welcome you to the project and say that what I have seen of your edits looks really good.

105298159 | about 4 years ago | This appears to be a house. I'm assuming the house of the person named on the point. Please don't map people's names on their houses. I am also assuming that this is not actually a bank.

104826200 | about 4 years ago | I had to double-check this edit because It looked suspicious. Although I kinda remember hearing this golf course had closed. It turns out it has and they are now building houses there. Your Changeset comment though tells your fellow mappers nothing. Please use meaningful changes set comments so that other mappers can know what you did. For instance this one could have said: "Removed old Golf Course, and added residential streets that have replaced it" or something like that. It would help other mappers a lot. Thanks.

104620875 | about 4 years ago | Why did you remove this gate? It is very much present. It might not be visible in imagery, because it is only a year old or so. They did have the gates open over this past winter, but the gates are a permanent structure. If you need proof I can go take a picture.

103367400 | over 4 years ago | Hi, Thanks for joining Open Street Map. I've looked though several of your edits, and The only thing I noticed was what you corrected with this edit. Because the sidewalk(and Auburn road for that matter) go over the highway, and do not interact with it they should not share any nodes, and a crossing node in not needed. I will also point out a common mistake so that you can avoid it. If you notice everything that is already mapped in an area is offset from the images it's probably actually the images that are off. You can adjust this as needed with the settings in the background options found on the right hand side of the editor.

99650256 | over 4 years ago | What is this? From what I can see it looks like it's just the middle of a field. |
101570651 | over 4 years ago | In this changeset you named both a house and a shed "shed". A name=* tag should only be used when a feature actually has a name. for the shed you should have just tagged it with building=shed. and no area, name, or description tags. For the house again house don't typically have names. the building:levels=1 tag looks good, assuming it is a one story house. (it looks to me like it's a ranch so I'm assuming you are correct here)

101537450 | over 4 years ago | Hi, I'm not really sure what you were trying to do with this edit. you ended up moving a couple of addresses to completely different houses.

100665404 | over 4 years ago | How you will want to go about it will depend on what format will make it easiest to get the map into the simulator. Is there a guide you are using for this process you could point me towards. If I can see the creation process I will better be able to help you figure out how to get the data. |
100665404 | over 4 years ago | Thanks, Bifferoni! It sounds like you mapped this course for some specific use where it was still useful even though the course is gone. If you come along a similar situation in the future, I might be able to help you figure out a way of generating your map without drawing it on the main OSM map. Also I've seen you mapping a lot of other courses in the area. I love seeing anyone contributing to the map, so keep up the good work.

100664179 | over 4 years ago | Bifferoni, This golf course has been removed from the world. it should no be on the map because it no longer exists. I understand that there are a couple of imagery options that might show the course, but that does not reflect the current reality. Please don't continue to map features that don't exist.
|
100662080 | over 4 years ago | Bifferoni, You just placed a golf course in the middle of a housing addition. There was a golf course here at one point in time, but it closed a few years ago, and now they are building houses here.

100660170 | over 4 years ago | Translated? Faculty and Students mean complete opposites. Based on the layout of the grounds, this lot is probably for faculty. Faculty would be teachers, not students. The students probably park in the large main lot, around here a large number of high school students will drive themselves to school, and they greatly outnumber the teachers. I do drive by this school frequently so I might be able to check it out in person sometime.

100589225 | over 4 years ago | Russ, This golf course no longer exists. Please don't add features to the map that are no longer there. |
100517591 | over 4 years ago | Russ, Looking at newer imagery it looks like the golf course is gone now, and there are a bunch of houses there now. I did find this article that talks about it. also I am local and kinda remember hearing about this closing a few years back. I might try and drive up that way and check it out in person this weekend, if you don't have any confirmation that it's still open
