Partial revert of 162913083; mistakenly deletes and undeletes some OK geometry because I don't know how conflict resolution works.

Emerald View is pretty interesting in that it combines multiple existing named parks — Olympia, Grandview, and Mt. Washington, plus some others — with a large unimproved wooded space. It would be quite reasonable for the parks to be leisure=park while the whole multipolygon is a nature_reserve. (They're also poorly mapped, I can't actually find Grandview Park.)
