The wiki and standard tile layer have suburb as more or less equivalent to village. I will change them to neighbourhood. osm.wiki/Tag:place=neighbourhood does mention homeowners association specifically as a possible use. Ideally there should be a landuse=residential area with no place node.

OSM Inspector describes "Way (context)
Member ways of defect multipolygons and closed ways with defects."

w364155655 was an "inner" way originally; at some point it became the sole member of a multipolygon so the validator presumed it should have been "outer".

Does the name "Hoppy Field" have a source?

Tags on a multipolygon go on the relation only, not the member ways, e.g. w1318588741 and w376907057 should have no tags.
