The OSM 'place' key generally goes by population, so given 3185 for Wesleyville and 3813 for Lawrence Park it would be reasonable to tag them both as place=village or both as place=town. The borough/township distinction isn't relevant. See: osm.wiki/Tag:place%3Dtown#place.3Dtown_vs._other_settlements

The bing streetside imagery indicates that North 4th Street is oneway all the way to Hamilton Avenue, so I've replaced the turn restriction.

"PA 1006" is not how this ref is written — there are never four-digit "PA" routes. The correct tag is `ref:penndot=SR 1006`. See: osm.wiki/Key%3Aref%3Apenndot

Please be careful with the tags -- there was a wikidata tag that was lost in this edit.

When editing with iD, you can press 'E' to extract a POI from a way into a node, and it will preserve the tags.

You can also use 'Q' to square the corners of an area, which this building looks like it should have.

Roundabouts are not named with the name of the roads that they connect. See osm.wiki/Tag:junction%3Droundabout#Naming

For a smaller waterway such as this one (it appears to be about 10 feet wide at the mouth), `waterway=stream` might be a better fit than river.
