Someone deleted Richmond Park leaving a huge white hole in London, but I've fixed it now.

ok... the problem with the Thames at Thamesmead is actually my fault, while trying to get the thames to render at all. I believe I've fixed it now.

I believe I've fixed the thames in london. The riverbank tag doesn't render in mapnik, so the riverbank needs the addition of a natural=water to get it to show. I believe next wednesday, we should see it render correctly all the way from eton to the end of the estuary.
