No. It looks like when construction completed I successfully updated the highway tag, but failed to remove the construction tag. I have fixed this.

I think so. I made these edits while traveling and do not specifically remember this business.

Are you certain that Sweetwater ISD is the operator of J P Cowen Early Childhood Center? It is not in their list of schools on their website (https://www.sweetwaterisd.net/)

I agree that shop=storage_units doesn't make sense here, as that is not even a valid tag.

Regarding mass editing, I'm not sure. That's probably best to be added as a MapRoulette challenge if there are a lot of them.

You marked the entire area of the apartment complex as build=apartments. Does the building actually take up the entire area?

What you probably wanted was landuse=residential, residential=apartments.

This is a place where you can sign up for Metronet internet. I couldn't find a better tag, so went with this. If there is a better way to tag it I'd love to know.

The name field is for the name of something, not the address. I have fixed this.

The marking of amenity=university on several of the buildings on FSU campus is incorrect. I'm going to try to remove them all.
