in fact the building doesn’t seem to exist on openstreetmap - try this in google maps - 51.569538, -0.415587

Have you looked at these two: osm.org/way/542616196 osm.org/way/1096985928
I’d say it’s probably an historic=fort, building=yes and building:use=whatever it’s currently used for.
