142687362 | almost 2 years ago | 2nd pedestrian crossing was actually at Cedar Hills and an entrance into a mall; Jenkins already has crossing marked. |
31934194 | over 9 years ago | A benchmark appears to be regarding elevation (vertical!), and often in the side of a pillar (though I *think* I've seen them in the side of a wall/building):

31934194 | over 9 years ago | Just looking at trig points and wondering if the man_made=survey_point is specifically a survey_point=triangulation. |
38706889 | over 9 years ago | I've not surveyed stops for some time, so it's interesting that these longer refs have started appearing. Did you notice the ref on the 'flag' (sign with the common bus numbers and short name?). I'm aware of NaPTAN. Maybe we should aim for various refs so this can start to make more sense (long/short/naptan/atco/local). |
38706889 | over 9 years ago | Where did you get the longer one from, though? Certainly if bus stops just have the 'flag' part, with or without a shelter, and no time-table, is the longer ref actually openly obtainable? |
38706889 | over 9 years ago | Great to have these not be bus-stations any more :) Just a little query: the refs seem much longer than that I've put on a lot of other bus stops, where I've taken the one off the sign or the (bottom right of?) the timetable. |
32920262 | over 9 years ago | As far as I can tell, this does have a wall around it, so am adding this back in. Please comment if you believe this is inaccurate. |
27312572 | almost 10 years ago | I've gone with waste=dog_excrement to make things a little more clear, as it's likely just to be for bags of...that... to go in! Also, reading it literally, it makes me think of bins to throw waste dogs into ;) |
27312572 | almost 10 years ago | Are the waste baskets here more accurately waste=dog_excrement ? |
33640238 | almost 10 years ago | Please see my comment on another of your changesets regarding this. |
33640220 | almost 10 years ago | For tagging of CCTV, please consider tags such as listed here: osm.wiki/Tag:man_made%3Dsurveillance

33640122 | almost 10 years ago | Thanks for the additions.

32845367 | almost 10 years ago | What's the source of the peak data? |
32920262 | almost 10 years ago | Please explain how there is not a wall around here? |
32920290 | almost 10 years ago | Normally pitch is associated with a specific area and sport; see osm.wiki/Tag:leisure%3Dpitch
|
32920321 | almost 10 years ago | By my understanding, this lane is not the Gibberie Wallie, but rather this refers to stonework/'fountain', possibly located in the fenced-off square area? |
32920365 | almost 10 years ago | Thank you for trying to help, but the street tag and name are more relevant upon the school area - which already has a name and streetname.

30456078 | over 10 years ago | Thanks for your edit! In future it would be useful to add a description of your changes in the top-left box, before saving, so that others (and yourself in future) have an idea of the change you have made (and perhaps why). Thanks! |
30153853 | over 10 years ago | dog *bin* |
29814973 | over 10 years ago | If you fix a change which is related to a note, please comment on the note and/or resolve it if you think it is appropriate. I assume that these 'extra' paths were extensions of other paths? I am now wondering if the way was originally between the Costa and the footpath, ie. connecting the bus station and the centre of the shopping centre? |
