88729265 | almost 5 years ago | Highly doubt the PAPI lights have been removed; partially reverted in 89543901 |
89487977 | almost 5 years ago | Hi there, there were some overlapping roads on the roundabout which I've removed in changeset 89491791. Also the tagging scheme is junction=roundabout for roundabouts which then implies oneway=yes. Cheers,

89487011 | almost 5 years ago | Hi there, wondering what the source for this information is as you haven't listed a source in you changeset. I surveyed this road on 2020-08-08 and the maxspeed was 60km/hr. Cheers,

89447092 | about 5 years ago | Yeah if you want you can extend it downward, it's a bit hard to see with imagery so local knowledge would be best |
89386523 | about 5 years ago | Hi there, just replying because you requested a changeset review; When cutting out areas e.g. making areas from a pond, you need to use a multipolygon (i.e. a relation with "type=multipolygon"); you're halfway there, you just need to change it from "site" to "multipolygon". As for the inner segments, as well as optionally tagged with landuse, they should be tagged with "place=islet", an islet being a small island. Cheers,

89380865 | about 5 years ago | Hi there, just curious why you're deleting the trees you've added? Cheers, ortho_is_hot |
88836665 | about 5 years ago | G'day NetzaltaliBTE and welcome to OpenStreetMap, I've moved back Lockhart Place which it seems you've accidentally moved (which is easy to do) in this changeset: osm.org/changeset/88837900#map=19/-27.90808/153.33404 Cheers,

88645653 | about 5 years ago | Not sure when/if they are going to remove the orange barrier (they may leave it to prevent stray cars from driving into the cycleway however the concrete ramp has had its barrier removed and the paint/bicycle crossing lanterns have all been installed. From the looks of things the markings and crossings seem to indicate that they don't want people to enter it from the road, rather stay off-road from York Road to Anzac Parade (also nice job with the new 360 imagery in the area) |
88562402 | about 5 years ago | This changeset has been reverted in changeset 88601145 |
88562402 | about 5 years ago | Note to anyone who is viewing this changeset: I will be reverting changes of highway=asphalt and similar to highway=paved (as this is a reduction in information), reviewing each speed limit change, and will also be double checking the number of lanes for each road that has been edited |
88512624 | about 5 years ago | Hi there, I saw this parking was there on the 11th, has it been closed down? |
88466136 | about 5 years ago | You'll need to split Alt Street—in iD (the online editor) insert a point where the school zone is, right click on it and split it. Then remove the maxspeed:conditional key from the section beyond Comet Street |
88466136 | about 5 years ago | G'day Max Phillips 76 and welcome to OpenStreetMap, I noticed you put the maxpseed:conditional information into the speed limit box in iD. I've gone ahead and created a new key for it, maxspeed:conditional, in the all tags section at the bottom of the properties, as the speed limit box is for the normal speed outside of school zones. You can see it in the way properties here: osm.org/way/55037501 Cheers,

88438585 | about 5 years ago | Funnily enough, I've been meaning to remove that for a while. I'll go ahead add shoulder=no and cycleway=no to some of the missing sections so that routers get a better idea of the situation |
88232216 | about 5 years ago | Whoops just noticed the fixme; I'll verify next time I'm around there |
88232216 | about 5 years ago | The cabinet pictured in the Mapillary image doesn't exist any more; I think that section of Alfred Street is just a shared zone so no crossing. Possibly they've moved the cabinet, or it may be gone, not 100% sure. |
88007583 | about 5 years ago | Interesting, it seems that StreetComplete no longer allows you to put in the maxspeed when the source is a default. So in answer to your question, the maxspeed should be entered first, then the :type as additional information (which I'll go ahead and fix now). Personally I use AU:urban because when I do add such limits I add them along with the maxpseed of 50 (or 100), but if we wanted to start using something like AU-NSW:urban then that should be up to community discussion. But having the router look that information up doesn't seem unreasonable to me, considering that we already have other state-wide properties defined on the border relation (e.g. def:highway=footway;access:bicycle=no) |
87950019 | about 5 years ago | Does the crossing have bicycle lanterns? If so then cyclists are legally allowed to ride across. Otherwise dismount is inferred |
87681131 | about 5 years ago | Hi there, what's the source for this changeset as none is listed in the tagging? Cheers,
|
87396727 | about 5 years ago | Went ahead and checked on-the-ground what was changed, all of it was existing infrastructure, none of which explicitly allowed bicycles (I'll attempt to verify the pop-up cycleway tomorrow as 'construction' was started a short time ago ) |
