Thanks! I'm nowhere near Bristol unfortunately. Just browsing the map for notes where the thing they're asking to be mapped has already been mapped, which is surprisingly common!

Not sure, you know the hotel. Personally I would probably use the tag for an exclusive lounge (executive lounge/club lounge) that offers things not offered to ordinary guests but not if the hotel just calls its lobby a "lounge", or the area in front of the bar

Thanks! I wrote that page yesterday and it could certainly be improved. I also think if it's similar to an airport lounge it's fine. I just saw some objects where the mapper probably meant lounger or hookah_lounge or it was just a bar that had lounge in the name, so I thought it was a good opportunity to review the existing objects :-)
