The Olympic Hills Greenway (osm.org/relation/7088570) has been extended to include NE 135th St from 27th Ave NE to 37th Ave NE. People biking are permitted to go straight across Lake City Way NE using the crosswalks (there are beg buttons facing the street on NE 135th St to facilitate this).

There's a new modal filter here. There's a median island that allows people walking and biking to continue straight on NE 83rd St, while forcing drivers to turn. The Strava Global Heatmap shows most people stopping at this point. Is there something preventing people from continuing south on the trail beyond here? On the Pierce County PublicGIS parcel map, I see that the old railroad right of way, now owned by Pierce County Parks & Recreation, crosses over the creek around here. Is that what's causing people to turn back?

The Snohomish County website says that this section of the trail has been closed since 2018 due to a landslide near this point. Is that accurate? Is there a path around the landslide?
