www.gruenes-binnenland.de was the only source (via komoot/outddoractive) i found in the internet. So, it was obvious, that the are the operator. And i asked you, what was your source for the route, but i got no answer. (operator should be taged in osm, to verify information and shorten up any discussions (>> just saw, you added operator 7 days ago...))
So, i followed your link and found that "dvv-wandern" is not the operator, but "TSV Doppeleiche Jagel e.V." (dvv-wandern is just providing routes like komoot, but more selected).
So i will asked "TSV Doppeleiche Jagel e.V.", if the crossing of "Domsgemeinde West" is verified or not.

I got an answer from the "owner" of those two routes. They will remove them from komoot & outdooractive, because that is not "their area". So, there are no more sources for those routes, neither they have ever been waymarked or supported.
Will you remove them from OSM?

Diesen beiden Touren gehören nicht in unser Gebiet und werden daher auch nicht über uns gepflegt,.
Wir werden beide Wandervorschläge aus unserer Kollektion bei komoot und outdooractive rausnehmen.

What was your source of this and the "Haithabu Schleife" Route?
Is it waymarked? (Just read, that you wrote "waymarked" in you answer, what would change everything)

1. all 4 ways to the courtyard "Domgemeinde West" have gates. All gates are tagged with access=no or private. The gate on the south (from Michaelisgang) has additional information that the gate is impassible, the gate on the north (to Kirchengang) is also locked and added with signs to not trespass private ground, the last contributor told me. (This why i stumbled about this situation here). I don't know the situation in reality, but when "read" osm, there is no public access to the courtyard. Access seems to be only for employees or visitors of "Domgemeinde West" and it might not to be physically possible before/after the typical opening hours. (Mo-Fr, 8-18:00???).
And this is not typical for official hiking-routes.
But perhaps, for west-est passing, the existing tagging is wrong?
2. There have been many discussions in (german) osm-community about this topic. Osm is not the place for "storing" private routes. There a many platforms just for this needs. This route has only 2(!!!) (true) hints in google. Both are links to route-exchange-platforms (what is the only place for this route). Even on the webpage from the "owner" of this route, you won't find any information. This route seems to be just a nice idea of one or two persons of this association. Same with "Auf den Spuren der Wikinger, die Haithabu Schleife" (with zero (true) hints in google!!!).
And: There is no operator tagged (of course not...).
You won't compare this with "Jacobsweg"?
If you think this should be, then the "hiking friends Frankfurt e.V." (one of +10.000 hiking clubs in Germany) who had a really nice trip to Copenhagen last year, are allowed to add all their walks to Osm now, because they did it on komoot too?

Not really.
The owner has some "true" hiking routes in schleswig-holstein (on their www-page), we might (or do) accept in Osm as a relation. But not those.

Moin, sie haben hier die Relation "Auf den Spuren der Wikinger, die Stadtschleife" erstellt.
1. Die Route funktioniert nicht auf dem Gelände der Domsgemeinde West, da hier alle Zugänge gesperrt sein sollen (alle Tore access=private).
2. Die Route scheint mir eine rein private Geschichte eines Vereins zu sein und dürfte nicht die Anforderung an eine "Wander"-Relation in OSM erfüllen.

Alles klar. Ich verschiebe den Knoten mal "einen Meter" nach Norden, so dass man theoretisch sich auf dem Gelände zum Denkmal routen lassen kann. Sehe auch gerade, dass alle andern Zugänge auch verschlossene Zugänge haben. Werde dann mal alle Wege innerhalb entsprechen taggen. Dann versteht man das auch visuell.

Das mit "verschlossen" habe ich schon so verstanden.
Frage war, welche Verbindung jetzt durch das Tor unterbrochen wird. (Und diese Wegesegmente würde man auch gleich mit access=no/private taggen)
Ich kenne keine Tore die "diagonal" über den Schnittpunkt von drei Wegen gehen und alle drei gleichzeitig versperren. So ein Tor ist immer quer eines einzigen Weges errichtet und sperrt dann alles dahinterliegende. Das muss man natürlich etwas idealisieren, falls das Tor unmittelbar angrenzend an den Knoten steht, aber es darf nicht auf dem Knoten stehen.
