I can see your point, but the StatCan licence cannot be used on OSM. If the data came from open.canada.ca, then that's what the source should be: open.canada.ca

The source/licence should really be http://open.canada.ca

Why are you making all of these automated non-edits to previously reverted ways? You use the same comment format as user DangNgu; are you DangNgu?
