160007751 | fyrir 4 mánuðum síðan | thanks for fixing the broken track but OSM is for THINGS YOU CAN SEE THAT EXIST. These proposed tags should not be here |
164862646 | fyrir 4 mánuðum síðan | Thanks! The only bit with only one track installed is from just north of the platform at Kennedy to a little south of the Tara Ave / Lord Roberts bridge: maybe 600 m or so. The ballast isn't even at grade for this section (as of today), so they've got some work to do |
133727246 | fyrir 4 mánuðum síðan | Please revert this changeset. It doesn't represent real infrastructure. GO Electrification has no budget, according to Ontario Builds (see https://www.ontario.ca/page/building-ontario-transit and search for "electrification". Completion is TBD and proposed budget is $0) |
160891435 | fyrir 4 mánuðum síðan | Okay, but consistently tagged + fictional are still not ground verifiable features. The electrification project has no budget yet, so even if it's marked under construction by the Ontario govt, it's not happening soon (Go to https://www.ontario.ca/page/building-ontario-transit, search for "electrification" and see that "OnCORR (Package 3 - Electrification)" has a TBD completion date and no budget. These changes should be backed out because they're not ground verifiable. We're stuck with diesels for now |
160007751 | fyrir 4 mánuðum síðan | Hey, there's some complete fiction going on here: 1) the Uxbridge line is still mostly single track, especially near kennedy station. I live about 200 m from this, I'd know if there was a new line 2) there are no public electrification plans. If they manage to electrify this line in the next 20 years, I'd be amazed. |

160891435 | fyrir 4 mánuðum síðan | Dunno where you got the electrification proposals from, but Metrolinx haven't shared those yet with people in Toronto |
146122970 | fyrir 4 mánuðum síðan | the bike parking at Kennedy isn't open yet, though |
145004877 | fyrir um 1 ári síðan | Yeah: the Rona / Lowe's / Canadian Tire mapping in the changeset for east Toronto have no basis in reality |
147433584 | fyrir um 1 ári síðan | Re Way: 1250157987 (down to Brimley Rd S via the Bluffs) - is this a marked path, or a steep dirt desire line? I pass this area frequently, and I've never seen a path there. The routing services are showing it as a bike route down to Bluffer's Park |
53331203 | fyrir meira en 1 ári síðan | Thanks for mapping this: although it's long gone and there are (almost?) no signs of it being here, it certainly shaped housing development in Scarborough. Once you see where it was, you can't unsee it! |
143672171 | fyrir meira en 1 ári síðan | The double-tracking is not complete near Kennedy Station. Rails do not connect north of the platform |
135741644 | fyrir meira en 1 ári síðan | Does the little stub of South Service road connecting to Eglinton westbound exist? I thought it was a temporary thing, and I haven't noticed it still being there for a while |
132384218 | fyrir um 2 árum síðan | Thanks for doing these: but they should all have non-permissive access or some automatic service will try to route along them. The roads are private on private ground (I designed this project) |
123209816 | fyrir um 2 árum síðan | The west side Kennedy GO platform still isn't open. The rails aren't even in place. The PSV loop to the south lot doesn't exist, and the south parking lot is now temporarily closed for construction |
121745753 | fyrir meira en 2 árum síðan | thanks for your edits, but this location has been a Value Village for some years, and is not in North Battleford, SK |
124547787 | fyrir næstum 3 árum síðan | Please do not delete existing building outlines with your imports: this is vandalism: osm.org/way/559909735/history |
84533445 | fyrir meira en 4 árum síðan | Hey, thanks for the route 26 edits. Please note though that the route drops down onto Givendale Road and along Ranstone Gdns to Kennedy - the local signage is clear on this. I thought I'd fixed this before, but evidently not |
71563212 | fyrir næstum 6 árum síðan | Thanks for the edits! Looks like changing the natural=coastline to natural=wetland broke the map a bit though |
72217346 | fyrir um 6 árum síðan | Thanks! Eyeballing is cool, and it is indeed industrial: I work right in the middle of it at 100 Sunrise. The city of toronto has zoning/land use polygons, but not under any licence we can use. I was just worried you'd got the data from there. |
