If you want you can add an entry for new streets like bypasses or others in the OSM wiki at osm.wiki/New_and_Changed_Ways

There is a nice collection to show areas where OSM is really more up to date then "the others".

Especially entries for other countries in the world are very welcome here :-)

Dass bei Gebäuden mit einer Bezeichnung wie amenity oder shop die Hausnummern nicht angezeigt werden, ist derzeit wohl eine "Schwäche" des Renderers Mapnik. Wenn du in der Kartenansicht oben rechts auf das weiß-blaue Plus-Zeichen klickst und dann statt Mapnik den Osmarender auswählst, müssten die Hausnummern erscheinen, oder?

You can ask Landgate whether they can give us permission to use theit data in OSM.

So you also have to explain the licence that OSM does hav or is going to have in the future.

(Yahoo gave us the permission to use their satellite images ...)

There are some internet maps that display coordinates. One of them can be found on www.geofabrik.de --> tools --> Map

(you can quickly zoom in that map (like in any other map based on OpenLayers) by holding shift key and drag a box with left mouse button)

Du musst mal schauen ob dein Navi auf WindowsMobile basiert, ähnlich wie die ganzen Medion-Navis. Da kann man irgendwie in die Windows-Oberfläche rein, und dann so einige Programme für WindowsMobile installieren, welche OSM-Karten darstellen oder auch navigieren können sollen.

In my opinion, Gosmore is a very nice peace of software. How can we contribute to the development, even when some users don't have programming skills? There are still some open tickets for gosmore in trac.

Da du offensichtlich mit Potlatch arbeitest: dort ist mir eine solche Kopierfunktion nicht bekannt.

Probiere mal als Editor den Merkaartor oder gleich JOSM aus, dort kann man Objekte kopieren. ANleitungen siehe OSM-Wiki.
