You can't use Google Maps to "confirm" information or as a "supplemental" source. This edit still violates Google's terms of use, just removing Google Maps as a source doesn't make it "right"

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to use Google Maps when editing OSM, and you cite this as a source - which is kind of puzzling, why would you need to cite an external source when it is your clinic? The reason we can't use Google Maps is Google's terms of use. Also, somehow your clinic was made part of the nearby Triangle Park, and the Galloping Goose Regional Trail. It should be mapped as a stand-alone node/point.
