While technically the licence of google buildings is compatible with OSM, importing ODbL licensed datasets in any larger fashion is an extremely bad idea, and essentially you are handing google significant power over the future of OpenStreetMap.
I would further note that these imports don’t seem to have been discussed anywhere where the above could have been pointed out to your in advance.

in response to your comment, this is not a mass import because the data is being mapped manually in order to verify the data by those who are willing to map in osm, and we are also giving workshops to train mappers who are willing to map their city.
we have been working in the OSM Brazil community since 2024 processing this data, correcting it so that only now we can map this data in OSM and start this mapping, which I repeat is not an import as you mentioned in your comment.
It is a manual mapping that goes through a review before being mapped, in addition to being mapped block by block and not a direct import.
a brief comparison between google data and microsoft data this google data is much better than the microsoft data that is available for mapping and no one tries to improve this data, causing a lot of errors for those who use it in OSM.
You could try to correct this microsoft data or even notify microsoft so that the data can be improved, because it is available with many errors and even greater errors than the google buildings data.
